It’s Blue Ivy, not Ivy Blue

Well it looks like we have to re-announce Beyonce and Jay-Z’s new baby girl. Her name is:

Blue Ivy Carter

and not Ivy Blue as we initially reported.

And the current speculation is that the name signifies blue blood. That Ivy stands for the number 4 had already been peeped on Twitter.

But, seriously, all we can think to say about it is, it figures.

We’ll leave it to you to decide what sounded better.
