Holy High Heels, Jet Fans!

Now it’s Foot Fetish Videos distracting the New York Jets — they’re battling for a spot in the AFC playoffs, and have a tough game with the Chicago Bears the day after Christmas.   We’re sure they’d like to focus on preparing for the game, and not have any off the field distractions.  Well, things don’t always work out that way.  There’s a totally unexpected off-the-field distraction, and it comes from an unlikely source.

It seems that head coach Rex Ryan’s wife Michelle either has a double out there, or perhaps it is she who is appearing in some foot fetish videos on the internet.  The videos have such names as “Awesome Soles” and “Hot Mature Sexy Feet”.  To make matters worse, the cameraman shooting the videos and talking to the woman has a voice just like Rex Ryan’s.  The Jets — and Ryan — say it’s a personal matter.  They neither admit nor deny it, they just say it’s a personal matter.

OK, we get it.

Personally, we don’t care.  We’ve always thought other parts of women’s bodies are more, um, interesting than their feet, but hey, whatever floats your boat.  Ryan has publicly stated his love for his wife many times, right down to her toes it would seem.  They have a rock solid marriage, and whatever they do as a couple is fine with us.  That being said, putting these things on the internet is just a dumb thing to do.  Opposing fans and players will have a field day with taunts, not to mention blogs and internet message boards.  Assuming it is them in the videos and not some elaborate hoax, how could they possibly believe they would not be found out?  Kinda poor judgment, coach.
