WHAT ARE BELIZE and EL SALVADOR?

This video doesn’t really address the borders of the Central American countries, but it does highlight them as it names them so you can see Belize’s only shoreline is on the Caribbean Sea, and El Salvador’s is on the Pacific Ocean, and you can also learn how to sing the Central American countries muy rapido.

Erin bet it all and finished with $10,800.

Michael bet $8,800, bringing him up to $20,000.

I was surprised by the triple solve in FJ. On Latin America? Tough break there on Erin’s 3 wrong DD responses—geez!

I hope Hollywood is not thinking about Cindy’s story…

Even though I’m abstaining from watching her games, I hope she plays on—all week.

Why was Sports Jeopardy preempted on December 14 2016?

  3. aaaa says:

Michael should have wagered less than $400 to lock Erin out of winning and to win if Cindy gets FJ! wrong.

The cat was waiting for the “Feline and Furry” category.

  5. VJ says:

@Jacob, so glad you enjoyed the video. I thought it was great myself!

@everyone, I’ve got 12 more clues from the match up now, including the currencies category, even though I am miffed that they didn’t give the metical a clue yet. (Just kidding) LINK

  6. Jamil says:

She passed away before these episodes aired

  7. Leena says:

Would Cindy be able to compete in the ToC because she taped 3 months before she died, I think.

  8. Dalton Higbee says:

Jeopardy preempted here in Orlando FL due to sports!

I missed a part of the first round today because of President Obama’s news conference. It ended at 3:06 actually, but the reporters had to talk about it some more. Then much to my dismay, The Ellen Show came on in progress, which meant I had it on the wrong channel. LOL!!

Luckily the DVR was recording Jeopardy on the right channel, or I would have missed that first DD.

      • rhonda says:

Oh, dear, I’m sorry that you missed part of the first round. Having it on the wrong channel is something that I’ve done, too. And you won’t believe this but I missed part of the first round tonight because my dog sat on the remote and changed the channel. I didn’t even realize she was sitting on it. at first, I wondered what happened to the station!

        • VJ says:

LOL, Rhonda. Maybe she was jealous? My daughter’s cat will jump up on the credenza and sit in front of the TV so you can’t see it and I know he does it on purpose.

        • rhonda says:

LOL at your daughter’s cat, VJ.

Cindy’s strongest game of the week probably. She’s on the TofC tracker, and a win on MOnday would certainly give her a berth in it. The shows she was in this week taped August 31st, next week’s shows tape September 13th.

  10. Dalton Higbee says:

I wonder when the 2017 Tournament of Champions tapes, could be airing May or even November 2017.

  11. jacob ska says:

Wow! Cindy was on a roll. A win Monday will have made her a 5-day champ.

Love the video and the “más rápido.”

VJ, congrats on getting fj. I thought only of the Pacific Ocean. Always thought of Belize as being off the Caribbean Sea. Never gave the Atlantic Ocean a thought. lol

  12. Dalton Higbee says:

Finally a 4+time woman champ, but I think Philip Tiu will likely miss out on the Tournament of Champions. But can anyone know if Cindy Stowell officially qualifies for the next Tournament of Champions if she wins again on Monday?

    • jacob ska says:

Dalton, I was wondering the same thing.

    • William Weyser says:

Because Cindy died, I don’t think Cindy qualifies for next Tournament Of Champions, so Susan Cole is lucky, and I’m sure that this not true, but I’m hoping that the Tournament Of Champions will after the College Championship, because no one knows when the Teachers Tournament airs, and I want to see Philip Tiu in the Tournament Of Champions.
