Estella Warren in Big Trouble

Actress and model  Estella Warren has been charged with a whole slew of crimes, according to the L.A. Times, stemming from an incident on May 23rd.  The list of charges include driving under the influence, resisting arrest, hit-and-run, battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

Estella Warren’s Vital Statistics

The 5′ 9″ Warren allegedly gave the police a really hard time, and even hit an officer, after refusing to submit to a chemical test. The police claim she hit several parked cars and just kept right on going.  When the police finally got her in handcuffs and carted her off to the police station, she managed to get out of the cuffs and tried to escape from custody.

The 32 year old actress has a prior DUI from 2007, so she’s not exactly going to be looking at a great deal.

Besides being in Planet of the Apes, L&O fans may remember her stint as con artist April Troost on Law & Order and Law and Order: SVU, when she played actress Lynda Carter’s daughter.
