Charlie Sheen Sued for Dental Office Rampage

Apparently, that “Anger Management’ isn’t working for actor Charlie Sheen, who is now being sued for an alleged altercation in the Los Angeles dental office of Dr. George Bogen last week. According to the NY Daily News, the suit was filed on Friday, alleging that the 49-year-old Sheen went berserk after she put a mask for nitrous oxide on him. Margarita Palestino claims that he jumped out of the dentist’s chair and threatened to kill her. She tried to put the mask back on his face when he grabbed her breast, yanking on her scrubs and her bra strap. The details get even more bizarre after this and involve a knife, stabbing the dental chair and allegations of the actor being high on a combination of crack cocaine, Theradol and alcohol. Ms. Palestino said that when Sheen left “spit covered the walls of the examination room” that she had to clean up and she was given $500 by Sheen’s personal assistant, who said “this is for your troubles.”

Sheen allegedly attacked Margarita Palestino, a dental technician, at the office of Dr. George Bogen in Los Angeles.

The plaintiff’s attorney, Neama Rahmani of West Coast Trial Lawyers, said that her client is ” the victim of heinous acts perpetrated by Charlie Sheen” and “will not be intimidated by Sheen or those who are attempting to cover up for him.”

Attorneys for Charlie Sheen have pulled out that the “15 minutes of fame” defense, calling Palestino an “opportunist” and insisting that the allegations are completely fabricated. Well, not completely. They do acknowledge that Sheen had a bad reaction to a combination of pain medication and nitrous oxide. They says there was no knife and no crack cocaine. How about the $500?
